Mobile application
The Waystone application is distributed via the App Store (Apple) and the Google Play Store (Google). Downloads and in-app purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant platforms.
Waystone Premium subscription
"Waystone Premium" subscriptions are purchased, billed and managed through Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store, which act as resellers. Management, renewal and cancellation are handled from the user's Apple or Google account settings. The terms applicable to the Service are set out in the Terms of Use.
Intellectual property
The "Waystone" trademark, logo, interface, text and code of the Service are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. The Service incorporates third-party content under their respective licences: content and photographs from Wikipedia / Wikimedia (Creative Commons licences); map data and tiles © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of Waystone's own content is prohibited.
Liability
The publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the information provided, in particular information from third-party sources (Wikipedia, OpenStreetMap). Use of the Service is at the user's own responsibility.
